I'm working with an established legal firm looking for a Children Panel accredited Child Care Solicitor to help launch and grow a new Family Department from its Coventry office.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload.

Someone who wants a voice in how a department develops, the opportunity to build a team around them, and the backing of an established firm to help make it happen.

You'll have legal secretarial, operational, marketing and business development support, alongside the autonomy to help shape the department's future.
