  1. Commercial Property Solicitor – 4+ PQE

    London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits

    A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing Commercial Property team in London.

    The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners on a varied portfolio of high-value and complex commercial property matters, acting for a diverse range of clients including HNWIs, property investors and developers, luxury retail brands and corporate clients.

    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals

    • Landlord and tenant matters

    • Property finance transactions

    • Corporate support transactions

    • General commercial property asset management

    • Handling high-value and complex commercial property matters

    • Managing your own caseload and developing strong client relationships

    • Working closely with Partners and other members of the wider property team

    • Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives

    The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters while receiving strong Partner support and guidance.

    About You

    We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who:

    • Has 4+ years' PQE in commercial property

    • Has strong experience across acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant and property finance

    • Has trained or worked within a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional firm

    • Has strong academics and a consistent career history

    • Is confident managing their own caseload and dealing directly with clients

    • Takes a commercial and proactive approach to their work

    • Has an interest in business development and building client relationships
