I'm working with a highly regarded, long-established law firm, who are looking to strengthen their Property team with the appointment of a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Role
You'll join an established Property Department and handle a varied Commercial Property caseload, with work including:

Acquisitions
Disposals
Commercial leases
Landlord & Tenant matters
Secured lending
General commercial property transactions

You'll be given the opportunity to take ownership of your matters while having the support of an experienced team around you.

The firm works with a broad client base and handles everything from smaller transactions through to high-value and multi-million-pound commercial property matters, meaning there's plenty of scope to work on interesting and varied transactions.
