Commercial Property Solicitor

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next opportunity with an established and supportive team?

Clayton Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE to join their team at their Sutton Weaver office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their Commercial Property career within a busy and established department, working alongside experienced colleagues and benefiting from an existing caseload.

The Role

You will join a team of six Commercial Property professionals, providing additional support to an established caseload.

The majority of your work will involve acting for landlords with large property portfolios, giving you exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Licences, consents and associated documentation
• Refinancing matters
• Sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant work
• Managing and advising on matters relating to substantial property portfolios
• Working closely with clients and colleagues to progress transactions efficiently

This is a varied role within an established team, offering the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and take increasing responsibility for your own caseload.

About You

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1 year's PQE or more who is keen to continue developing their career within an established team.

You will ideally have:

• Experience working within Commercial Property
• A good understanding of landlord and tenant matters
• Experience dealing with leases, licences, sales and purchases
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• A commercial and client-focused approach
• A genuine interest in developing your career within Commercial Property

Whether you're a solicitor with around a year's post-qualification experience or someone with several years' experience, the firm is open to candidates at different stages of their career.
