Commercial Property Solicitor

Looking for a commercial property role where you can work on interesting transactions, have genuine client contact and join a well-established team with an excellent local reputation?

I’m working with a long-established and highly respected law firm in East Lancashire that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful Commercial Property & Business team.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who wants to be part of a strong department, work with a varied client base and get involved in a broad range of commercial property matters rather than being restricted to one particular area.

What’s on offer?
£50,000+ salary, depending on experience
A well-established and respected firm with a strong local reputation
A varied and interesting commercial property caseload
Genuine client contact and the opportunity to build strong client relationships
A supportive and experienced team
Exposure to both commercial property and wider business matters
A full-time, office-based position
Flexibility around the right candidate’s experience

The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial property work, which can include:
Commercial acquisitions and disposals
Development site transactions
Industrial estate leases
Agricultural property matters
Retail and business premises leases
Land and property development work

The wider team also advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including share sales, business acquisitions and disposals, directors’ agreements and other commercial transactions.

The firm would ideally like to speak with solicitors who have experience across both commercial property and corporate work. However, this is not essential. If your background is predominantly commercial property and you’re strong technically, commercially minded and client-focused, they are very open to considering you.

About You
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with solid hands-on experience in commercial property and a genuine interest in delivering a high-quality service to clients.
You’ll ideally be someone who enjoys taking ownership of your matters, is confident dealing directly with clients and wants to build a long-term career within a well-established practice.

If you're an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in East Lancashire, I’d be keen to have a confidential conversation with you.
