The Opportunity

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a role where you can work on quality matters, build strong client relationships and have genuine autonomy over your caseload?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and highly regarded commercial property team in Nottinghamshire.

The firm takes a quality-over-quantity approach, with manageable caseloads, strong client relationships and a supportive environment where solicitors can develop their careers.

The Role

You'll manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial lease agreements
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Refinancing and secured lending
• General commercial property advice
• Advising business clients across a range of sectors
• Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

You'll have access to experienced colleagues and leadership support when needed, while being trusted to take ownership of your work.

About You

We're looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with:

• 3+ years' PQE.
• Strong commercial property experience.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisation and case management skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
