Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE | Sutton Coldfield / West Midlands

We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and welcoming team. This role provides a diverse caseload, meaningful client engagement, and the chance to progress your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The position is primarily based in Sutton Coldfield, with flexibility to work from one of the firm’s alternative offices across the West Midlands. This makes it an attractive prospect for commercial property solicitors throughout the region.

The Role

As part of this role, you will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Sale and purchase of commercial property
• Sale of business assets
• Sale of property at auction
• Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences to assign, licences to sublet, licences to alter, and surrenders
• Pension scheme transactions, including in specie transfers
• Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession claims
• Section 25 notices
• Acting on behalf of management companies

This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on diverse commercial property matters and taking full ownership of their caseload.

The Candidate

The successful applicant will possess a strong commercial property background, along with:

• Excellent technical expertise
• Effective organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload efficiently
• Commercially minded and pragmatic approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

• Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
