Conveyancer

I'm currently working with a highly regarded, multi-office law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer in its Durham office.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction
• Delivering an exceptional standard of client care

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or substantial experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner is welcomed
