The role

You'll take ownership of a full residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to legal completion while ensuring clients receive an excellent service at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

   

• Keeping clients regularly informed about progress, timescales and costs, providing clear and approachable advice throughout.

   

• Ensuring files are progressed accurately and efficiently, in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

   

• Managing billing, time recording and financial aspects of your own matters.

   

• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts to encourage repeat business and referrals.

   

• Working closely with colleagues and supervising a Conveyancing Assistant, supporting their development and wellbeing.

   

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant professional standards, including the Conveyancing Quality Scheme requirements.

   

• Contributing to team meetings, business development activities and a positive, supportive working culture.
