Conveyancer

My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm that provides expert legal services across a range of practice areas. They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients throughout the process.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
• A proactive and professional approach to client service
• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
