Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a respected and growing law firm where your contribution will genuinely make a difference?

My client is a well-established Bradford-based practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and outstanding client care. Due to continued growth, we are looking to welcome an ambitious and motivated Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to our expanding property team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is investing in its future, offering genuine career progression and the chance to play a key role in the continued development of the department.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing an exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction. Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you'll also support and mentor junior members of the team, helping to develop the next generation of conveyancing professionals.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Is confident handling a broad range of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Is organised, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client service.
• Is a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer.
