Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor

I'm currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Sheffield with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking for a role offering manageable workloads, strong team support and a genuine long-term career opportunity.

The Role

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing clients with clear, practical advice and an excellent level of service throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handling a varied range of residential property transactions.
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients.
• Maintaining excellent client care and communication.
• Working closely with colleagues and support staff.
• Contributing to the performance and continued development of the wider property team.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• A qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Confident handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
• Committed to providing a high-quality client experience.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working as part of a supportive property team.
• Looking for a firm where workloads are manageable and long-term development is encouraged.
