Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ PQE; however, applications from candidates with varying levels of experience are welcomed.
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Experience handling a varied and busy caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, Right to Buy, and shared ownership purchases.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and using initiative effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
