Conveyancer

My client is a well-established and highly respected law firm, offering expert legal services across a broad spectrum of practise areas. They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, consistently delivering an excellent standard of service to clients throughout the process.

Key Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience handling a variety of residential conveyancing transactions
• A proactive, professional approach to client care
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing department
• Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
