Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload, feel supported, and not be just another number?

I’m working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucester that is looking to grow its Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team with a strong client base and a steady flow of quality work.

The Role

You’ll handle a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Help to Buy matters
• Shared ownership
• Remortgages & transfers of equity

You’ll also be liaising closely with clients, agents, lenders and third parties, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.

About You

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of transactions
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Confident communication and strong attention to detail
