I’m working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucester that is continuing to grow its Residential Property team. They’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a friendly, collaborative team where people are valued and supported.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, whilst being part of a team that works together and genuinely cares about delivering a great service to its clients.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working across a varied and interesting range of matters, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Help to Buy matters
- Shared ownership
- Remortgages & transfers of equity
You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and clients receive an excellent service.
Who Are They Looking For?
You’ll ideally have:
- 4+ years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential transactions
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancers and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners.
