Job Title: Conveyancing Onboarding Assistant

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an Onboarding Assistant on behalf of a Liverpool-based firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new clients by supporting a busy Conveyancing team. 

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate onboarding processes to support the conveyancing team
  • Prepare, check, and process onboarding documentation accurately
  • Act as a first point of contact for onboarding-related queries
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Provide general administrative support where required

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or onboarding role in a law firm is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
