Conveyancing Solicitor – Leeds (Flexible Yorkshire Locations)

We are partnering with a well-established firm located in the heart of Leeds, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. While the primary base is Leeds, flexibility is offered as the firm has multiple office locations across Yorkshire.

About the Role

This position operates within a fast-paced, professional environment with a steady influx of new business. You will manage a full, mixed caseload of Residential Property matters, demonstrating autonomy with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain excellent client communication, providing clear and timely updates.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Utilise case management systems and legal software to support case progression.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in conveyancing case handling is essential.
• Highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic with a practical approach to work.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient IT skills, including ECDL, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and accurate word processing; experience with audio dictation software such as Winscribe is preferred.
• Familiarity with Leap Case Management system is advantageous.
