The Role
You will join a busy and dynamic corporate department, advising on a wide range of corporate matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions while developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and management buyouts
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
- Providing corporate governance and restructuring advice
- Supporting senior team members on complex transactions
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-5 PQE, though this is flexible)
- Strong experience in corporate law gained at a reputable firm
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to a collaborative culture
