Criminal Defence Solicitor – Wiltshire & Hampshire
I am currently working with a well-established, multi-disciplined law firm with offices across Wiltshire and Hampshire who are looking to appoint a Criminal Defence Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with experience in criminal law who is looking to join a supportive, well-structured team with genuine long-term progression prospects. The team consists of 6 solicitors, 3 support staff, and a consultant, providing strong day-to-day support and a collaborative working environment.
The role will involve handling a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Appeals
- Arrests and Police Station Interviews (Voluntary and Under Caution)
- Bribery & Corruption
- Crown Court Representation
- Magistrates’ Court Representation
- Money Laundering & Proceeds of Proceeds
- Regulatory Investigations & Prosecutions
This position would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys advocacy work, and is looking to develop within a structured team that offers real progression opportunities.
The firm is particularly keen on individuals who are looking for a long-term move and want exposure to complex and interesting criminal defence work within a supportive environment.
