Family Solicitor

A highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its growing team.

Working alongside an experienced Family Partner, you'll inherit an established caseload, advise on a broad range of private family matters, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You'll handle a varied caseload including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Children matters
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation agreements

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building client relationships, taking ownership of their work and getting involved in business development.

About You

You'll have:

• 2-5 years' PQE in Family Law
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Exposure to complex and/or high-net-worth matters
• A passion for constructive family law and NCDR
• Resolution membership (or a commitment to joining)
• Strong client care and business development skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
