Our client is a highly regarded specialist Family Law firm that has grown organically over almost 20 years and has established a strong national presence. With a dynamic and forward-thinking approach, the firm continues to expand and is now looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor to join their supportive and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys handling high-quality work, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of a specialist Family Law practice.

You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload, working alongside an experienced team of Family Law specialists while delivering high-quality advice and representation to clients.
Your work will include:
- Children matters
- Financial Remedy proceedings
- Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) matters through to Letter Before Claim stage, with specialist support available thereafter
- A broad range of privately funded Family Law matters
You'll be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute ideas, support the continued growth of the department, and play an active role within the wider team.
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor who combines strong technical ability with a genuine passion for client care.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience handling a broad range of privately funded Family Law matters
- Strong experience in Children and Financial Remedy work
- Experience with TOLATA matters through to Letter Before Claim stage
- The ability to manage a complex caseload with minimal supervision
- A strong billing history and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to contribute to a growing team
