I am currently working with a well-established and highly regarded North West law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Conveyancer to join its growing residential property team.

This is a fully remote opportunity and would suit an experienced conveyancing professional who enjoys the technical side of residential property work and takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and solutions on more complex matters.

The Opportunity

Working as part of an experienced team, you will provide technical support and expertise across a wide range of residential property transactions, helping to resolve complex matters and ensuring matters progress smoothly. This role offers an excellent alternative to a traditional conveyancing position and would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering exceptional client service.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and resolving complex title matters.
• Advising on freehold and leasehold matters.
• Handling enquiries and providing technical guidance throughout transactions.
• Reviewing searches, mortgage offers and reports on title.
• Advising on restrictive covenants, easements and rights of way.
• Assisting with new build, leasehold and shared ownership matters.
• Supporting fee earners and wider members of the property team with technical queries.
• Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and current regulatory obligations.
• Maintaining high standards of client care and risk management.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers and third parties where required.
• Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law and conveyancing practice.

About You

Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Solicitors with substantial experience within residential property.

You will ideally possess:

• At least 3 years' experience within residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law.
• Experience dealing with complex title issues and non-standard transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A commitment to delivering an outstanding level of client service.
