The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of your own specialist legal market, building long-term relationships with law firms and legal professionals while developing a reputation as someone who genuinely understands your niche.

You'll use your market knowledge to advise clients, support candidates and influence hiring decisions, not simply react to vacancies.  We don't expect you to agree with every client, we expect you to ask better questions than every other recruiter.

Law firms spend every day immersed in their own business; we spend every day speaking to law firms across the country.  That perspective gives us a responsibility to question, challenge constructively and provide insight that helps our clients make better hiring decisions.  That's what genuine consultancy looks like.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing your own specialist legal market
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new business and growing existing partnerships
• Providing market insight and honest recruitment advice
• Asking better questions to understand the "why" before looking for the "who"
• Challenging constructively to help clients make better hiring decisions
• Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to successful placement
• Delivering an exceptional experience built on trust, communication and integrity
