I'm working with a well-established Yorkshire law firm looking to strengthen its Criminal Defence teams in Leeds and York.

This is a solicitor-level opportunity for qualified Criminal Defence Solicitors who want to build on their experience and join an established practice with a strong reputation across the region.

One important point: this is specifically for qualified Solicitors, with existing Police Station Representatives and Crown Court Clerks already in place.

My client has a well-established presence across Yorkshire, with nationally recognised Criminal and Family departments and a genuine commitment to client care.

You'll be joining an experienced team handling a varied criminal defence caseload, with the opportunity to continue developing your expertise and contribute to a respected practice.

Who are they looking for?

I'm keen to speak with Solicitors who:

• Are qualified and have experience handling a Criminal Defence caseload.

• Enjoy working directly with clients and managing their matters.

• Have a sound understanding of criminal law and procedure.

• Are looking to develop their career within an established legal team.

• Ideally hold Duty Solicitor accreditation.

Not Duty Solicitor accredited? Don't rule yourself out.

Accreditation would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. My client is open to speaking with qualified Solicitors who have the right criminal defence experience and are keen to continue developing their careers.
