Established Practice | Genuine Opportunity to Grow | Highly Competitive Package
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Partner, Legal Director or Associate Partner level looking for a role where your experience, client relationships and business development ability will genuinely be valued?
Our client has an established and growing property practice and is looking to appoint a senior Commercial Property lawyer who can play a key role in taking the department to the next level.
This is not simply a fee-earning position. It is an opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong market credibility and an established client following to have a real influence on the future direction and growth of the practice.
The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to:
Handle a varied portfolio of high-quality commercial property work
Develop and strengthen existing client relationships
Bring in new business and grow your own client base
Play a significant role in the continued expansion of the commercial property team
Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the practice
Mentor and support junior members of the team
Build a long-term position within a firm that is committed to growth
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with Commercial Property lawyers who are:
Currently operating at Partner, Legal Director or Associate Partner level, or are ready to make that step
Technically strong with a solid background across commercial property
Well connected within the market with an established client following
Able to demonstrate a strong billing and business development track record
Commercially minded and confident in developing new opportunities
Strong relationship builders with the ability to operate at a senior level
Ambitious and keen to play a genuine role in growing a successful practice
What's on Offer?
There is no rigid salary band for this appointment.
Our client is prepared to look at the whole picture — your experience, current billing, client following, business development potential and the value you can bring to the firm.
For the right individual, this means a highly competitive package tailored around the level and commercial value of the appointment.
If you're an established Commercial Property lawyer who feels you've reached the point where you want greater influence, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build something, this could be an excellent move.
