The work spans a broad and complex caseload, including:

• Professional discipline and regulatory investigations
• Complex inquests, including Article 2 proceedings
• Criminal investigations involving professionals, directors, and regulated entities
• CQC and Ofsted investigations, tribunal proceedings, and appeals
• Health & Safety and environmental prosecutions
• Representation of senior police officers in criminal, misconduct, and IOPC matters
• Judicial review and High Court appeals
