Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor / Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its successful and expanding Private Client team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied and interesting caseload, advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients across a broad range of private client matters.

You will work closely with experienced Partners and colleagues while developing your own client relationships and playing an active role in the continued growth of the department.

Your Role Will Include:

• Advising clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
• Providing guidance on Inheritance Tax Planning and Estate Planning
• Advising on Trusts and Lifetime Planning
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Managing a varied Private Client caseload from instruction through to completion
• Building strong and trusted relationships with clients and their families
• Supporting business development and networking activity
• Working collaboratively with Partners and the wider Private Client team
• Delivering commercially focused, high-quality legal advice

About You

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Private Client Solicitor who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent legal solutions.

You will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent qualification
• Approximately 3–5 years’ PQE within Private Client Law
• Strong experience in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning
• Experience advising high-net-worth or complex private clients
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload
• A genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client

(Experience with STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous.)
