Private Client Lawyer / Fee Earner

Our client is a well-established, traditional high street law firm with a modern approach to client service. With a strong local presence and expertise spanning Private Client, Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Litigation and Family, they offer a friendly and supportive environment where client relationships genuinely matter.

They are now looking to add a Private Client Laywer to their team in Doncaster.

You'll take responsibility for a varied Private Client caseload, working closely with the firm's Director and playing an important role in delivering a high-quality, personal service to clients.

Your work will include: 

• Drafting and advising on a wide range of Wills
• Probate and full estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trusts
• Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout what can often be sensitive and complex circumstances
• Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships

Ideally, you'll have at least 1 year's PQE and good experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.

That said, PQE isn't everything. If you have strong relevant experience and the knowledge to hit the ground running, applications will be considered from candidates at all levels.

You'll need: 

• Solid knowledge of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Court of Protection and Trusts
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to communicate complex matters clearly and sensitively
• A personable, professional and approachable manner
