Are you an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking to join a friendly, supportive firm where your contribution will make a real difference?
Our client is a well-established regional law firm that has been serving its local community for almost 20 years. Having grown steadily through reputation, referrals and exceptional client care, they are now looking to appoint a Private Client Lawyer to help shape the next stage of the department's growth.
This is more than just a fee-earning role. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients, introducers and the local community, and who is keen to play an active part in developing and growing the Private Client offering.
Whether you're a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Fee Earner, you'll join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll benefit from dedicated Paralegal assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding advice and building your client base.

You'll manage your own varied Private Client caseload while providing practical, empathetic advice to a loyal client base. Your work will include:
- Wills
- Probate applications
- Estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- General Private Client advisory work
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you'll enjoy building lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts, helping to further strengthen the department's reputation and continued growth.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent people skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience handling Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters
- The confidence to manage your own caseload independently
- A passion for delivering exceptional client care and building long-term client relationships
- A proactive approach and enthusiasm for helping to grow the department
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
- A professional, approachable and collaborative working style
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Fee Earners. All levels of experience will be considered, provided you have a recent and solid background in Private Client work, and the desire to grow and help shape the department.
