Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor who can confidently manage a varied caseload, deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload covering Wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, probate and estate administration.
• Providing clear, practical advice, keeping clients informed throughout their matters and ensuring costs are communicated transparently.
• Managing files efficiently, maintaining accurate records and working in line with regulatory requirements and established quality standards.
• Building strong relationships with clients, external organisations and professional referrers to help develop and grow the practice.
• Taking responsibility for billing, time recording, financial management and the progression of your own matters.
• Supporting and supervising a Legal Assistant, encouraging their professional development and contributing to their ongoing wellbeing.
• Contributing positively to departmental meetings, team initiatives and the continued development of the Private Client offering.

You'll be an experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally with 3 years+ PQE, and with a strong understanding of private client matters and the confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.

You'll combine technical expertise with a personable, approachable manner, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client care. Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships will be important, alongside a collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
