Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner | Part Time

I’m working with a well-established law firm who are looking to add to their Private Client team, and they’re ideally looking for a Paralegal or Junior Fee Earner who is looking for a part-time opportunity.

This is a great chance for someone with experience in Wills and LPAs to join an established team, manage their own caseload and continue developing their Private Client experience, whilst benefiting from the flexibility of part-time hours.

The Role

The main focus will be on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, so you’ll need some previous experience in these areas and be comfortable taking ownership of your own files.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved with Probate and Estate Administration, so any experience here would be a real bonus.

The firm is particularly open to speaking with experienced Paralegals and junior Fee Earners - You don’t need to be a qualified solicitor for this position.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience working within Private Client

  • Good experience dealing with Wills and LPAs

  • Some exposure to Probate and Estate Administration

  • The confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • A good level of client care and communication skills

  • A genuine interest in developing your Private Client career

Most importantly, you’ll be looking for part-time hours and want to continue building your legal career without the commitment of a full-time role.
