Private Client Solicitor

Full-time | Hybrid Working | 2 Days WFH

An established and highly regarded law firm in Tamworth is looking to expand its Private Client team and is keen to hear from experienced Private Client professionals at various stages of their career.

Whether you're a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, CILEX-qualified lawyer, experienced Paralegal or Fee Earner working towards qualification, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, which may include:

• Wills and estate planning.

• Probate and estate administration.

• Lasting Powers of Attorney.

• Trusts and associated matters.

• Inheritance Tax planning.

• Court of Protection matters, where applicable.

• Advising individuals and families on a range of private client matters.

• Building strong and lasting client relationships.

• Managing files efficiently and ensuring matters progress effectively.

There will also be opportunities to support senior colleagues on more complex matters and develop your technical expertise.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience working within a Private Client department.

• Solicitors, Legal Executives, CILEX-qualified professionals, Paralegals and experienced Fee Earners are all encouraged to apply.

• A sound understanding of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.

• Strong communication and client care skills.

• Excellent organisation, drafting and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively.

• A proactive, approachable and client-focused attitude.
