Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

I’m working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to its team in Kettering.

And the good news? This opportunity can be full-time or part-time, so there’s flexibility to suit the right person.

What will you be doing?

You’ll manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Powers of Attorney

• Inheritance Tax planning

• Trust creation and administration

Alongside your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility by supporting and supervising junior team members, sharing your technical knowledge and helping maintain high standards of client care.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Team and become an important part of a friendly, collaborative department.

Who are they looking for?

Ideally, you’ll have around 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with solid experience across mainstream Private Client matters. They’re open to flexibility for the right person, too.

STEP qualification would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.

Just as importantly, they want someone who is approachable, organised and commercially aware, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

Someone who is happy to share their knowledge, support colleagues and get stuck in — all while bringing a positive attitude to the team.
