A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Oxford office.

The Role:

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload
• Acquisitions, disposals & refinancing
• Commercial leases, renewals & landlord/tenant matters
• Development agreements, option agreements & easements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and team growth

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (3+ PQE ideally)
• Strong commercial property experience
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially minded and confident managing deadlines
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude
