Property Solicitor / Conveyancer | Manchester | Competitive Salary + Bonus

Are you an experienced Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for an opportunity to develop your career beyond traditional residential conveyancing?

My client, is looking to recruit a capable and motivated property professional to join its established and growing property team in Prestwich, Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied caseload of residential property transactions, property investment matters, refinancing and specialist lending work, including transactions involving bridging finance.

The firm is open to candidates from different backgrounds, whether you already have experience in specialist property finance or are a strong residential conveyancer looking to broaden your technical knowledge and develop new skills.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of property transactions, with responsibilities tailored to your experience and technical ability. The work will extend beyond standard residential sales and purchases, offering exposure to property investors, limited company transactions and specialist finance.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling property acquisitions and refinancing transactions, including those involving limited company borrowers.
• Working on transactions funded through bridging finance and specialist property lenders.
• Reviewing title documentation, searches, enquiries and lending requirements.
• Preparing reports on title and relevant legal documentation.
• Identifying and resolving legal and practical issues using sound professional judgement.
• Progressing transactions proactively while maintaining excellent client service.
• Developing relationships with repeat clients, property investors, brokers and professional introducers.

About You

I am keen to hear from:

Qualified Solicitors.

Licensed Conveyancers.

Chartered Legal Executives.

Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners with a demonstrable track record.

You will have a sound grounding in residential conveyancing, good technical knowledge and the ability to manage transactions competently.

You will also demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, clear communication and a proactive approach to managing your caseload.

The firm is particularly interested in individuals who take responsibility for their files, exercise sound judgement and understand the importance of providing an excellent client service.

Previous experience in bridging finance or specialist property lending would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience involving property investors, limited company purchases, refinancing, secured lending, HMOs or property portfolios would also be beneficial.

Training and support will be available for candidates looking to develop their expertise in these areas.
