Receptionist

Our client, a long-established and highly respected Kent law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join its busy Gravesend office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and personable receptionist to become the welcoming face of the practice. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the successful candidate will deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception and providing administrative assistance to the wider team.

Key responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing incoming calls, coordinating meeting rooms, handling incoming and outgoing post, preparing documents, assisting with general office administration, ordering supplies, and supporting colleagues across the office when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained from within a law firm or professional services company, an excellent telephone manner, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload with professionalism and attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office, a proactive attitude, and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service and care are essential.
