The Role

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload, dealing with matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion

• Providing clear and proactive communication to clients

• Working closely with colleagues and support staff

• Supervising and mentoring junior/support team members where appropriate

• Contributing to business development, networking and marketing initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements

• Keeping up to date with legal and market developments

About You

We’re keen to hear from experienced residential conveyancers who are confident managing their own caseload.

You may be a:

• Qualified Solicitor

• Licensed Conveyancer

• CILEx professional

• Experienced Conveyancer without a formal legal qualification

You should have:

• Solid residential conveyancing experience

• The ability to manage files independently

• Strong client-care and communication skills

• Experience with case management systems and digital workflows

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• A proactive and commercially minded approach

• A genuine interest in career development

• A collaborative approach to working within a team
