The Opportunity

Looking for a fast-paced residential conveyancing role where you can hit the ground running, take ownership of your caseload and have plenty of opportunity to develop?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and growing conveyancing team in Stourbridge, offering the chance to work within a commercially focused environment where quality service and career development go hand in hand.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New-build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Lease extensions
• Conducting title checks and raising/responding to enquiries
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, financial advisers and estate agents
• Building relationships with introducers and developing new business
• Working towards agreed fee income targets
• Managing matters efficiently through to completion

About You

We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer with:

• 3+ years' experience managing a high-volume residential caseload.
• A relevant qualification such as Solicitor, CILEX or CLC, or strong equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage your own caseload.
• Strong technical conveyancing knowledge.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working to targets.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Experience working with case management systems.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with estate agents and other professional introducers.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and team-focused approach.
