Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role where you can enjoy high-quality local work, genuine flexibility, and a supportive team?

A well-established, multi-service law firm in Lancaster is looking to welcome a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with around 3+ years' experience to join its friendly conveyancing department.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

- Sales & purchases

- Transfers of equity

- New build transactions

- Right to Buy

- A wide variety of general residential conveyancing work

The firm has built strong relationships with local estate agents and enjoys a loyal client base, meaning you'll handle predominantly local, high-quality work rather than high-volume, nationwide files.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Around 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently
• Passionate about delivering excellent client service
