I'm working with a well-regarded law firm based in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to help drive the growth of its commercial property offering.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property specialist who is looking for more than just a caseload. The firm is keen to bring in someone who wants to play a key role in building and developing the department, working closely with senior leadership while also handling high-quality work.

They are particularly interested in speaking with lawyers who may be able to bring clients, contacts, or an existing pipeline of work. The role will involve managing a varied commercial property caseload, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and direction of the team.
