This could be a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Education / SEND Solicitor to join a supportive specialist team in Greater Manchester.

You’ll be working with children, young people and families, helping them navigate SEND disputes and challenging decisions made by public authorities. It’s a role with plenty of responsibility, variety and the opportunity to build your reputation within a specialist area of law.

You’ll manage your own caseload, advise clients, prepare Tribunal documentation and get involved in advocacy, with the support of an experienced team around you.

What are they looking for?

You’ll ideally be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE and have solid experience of SEND Tribunal work, alongside the confidence to manage your own caseload.

You’ll need to be a strong communicator, a good problem-solver and someone who genuinely cares about getting the best possible outcome for your clients.
