Private Client Fee Earner / Solicitor Opportunity - Nuneaton

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established Private Client team based in Nuneaton.

We are looking for an experienced Private Client professional who is looking to join a supportive team, with the opportunity to manage a varied caseload and continue developing their career.

This role would suit:

• An experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• A strong Private Client Paralegal or Fee Earner who is confident running their own caseload
• Someone with experience handling a range of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Power of Attorney matters

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client contact, wants responsibility for their own files, and is looking to be part of a friendly and professional department.

The role will include:

• Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
• Preparing Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys
• Handling Estate Administration matters
• Advising clients and providing excellent client care
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Working independently while having the support of an experienced team

About you:

• Previous experience within Private Client law
• Experience managing your own caseload or working with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in client service
• Good knowledge of legal processes and case management systems

You do not need to be a qualified solicitor for this opportunity - we would welcome applications from experienced Private Client Paralegals and Fee Earners who have the right experience and are looking for their next move.
