Regulatory Solicitor | Criminal Lawyers Welcome | Hybrid & Flexible Working

Ready to take your legal career in a new direction?

Are you a Criminal Solicitor considering a move into regulatory law?

Or perhaps you're already working in regulatory law and looking for a new opportunity with greater flexibility and high-quality work?

Either way, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm working with a well-respected legal team that is looking to appoint a Regulatory Solicitor to join its growing practice.

And here's the important bit:

You don't necessarily need to have a regulatory background.

If you're a Criminal Solicitor with experience in investigations, advocacy, hearings, evidence and complex case management, you could have a fantastic foundation for a move into regulatory law.

You'll have the opportunity to develop a genuine specialism, work on interesting and often high-profile matters, and take responsibility for your own caseload from an early stage.

What makes this opportunity stand out?

  • High-quality, varied regulatory work
  • Professional discipline, investigations and enforcement matters
  • Real responsibility and autonomy
  • Support from experienced colleagues
  • Excellent opportunity to develop a regulatory specialism
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
  • Genuine focus on development and long-term career progression
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment

This could be a particularly exciting move for someone from a criminal law background who wants to move away from traditional criminal practice while still using the skills they've built throughout their career.

Your experience in investigations, preparing cases, analysing evidence, advising clients and advocacy can all be highly transferable.

Equally, if you're already a Regulatory Solicitor and simply looking for a fresh opportunity, I'd be keen to speak with you too.

What are they looking for?

You'll ideally be a qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate and have either:

  • Regulatory experience; or
  • A strong background in criminal or commercial law with a genuine interest in developing a career in regulatory law.

You'll need strong analytical and drafting skills, sound judgement, excellent organisation and the confidence to manage a varied caseload.

Most importantly, you'll want to build your expertise in regulatory law and be ready for your next challenge.

Interested? Let's talk.

You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.

If you've been thinking:

"I'd love to move into regulatory law, but I'm not sure whether my experience will transfer..."

Submit your CV and let's have a confidential conversation.

I'll be happy to talk you through the opportunity, the team, the flexibility available and whether it could be the right next step for you.

Submit your CV today or contact Leanne Byrne on 0203 965 9786 for a confidential conversation.
