fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trusts & Estates Executive to join a well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation across the Midlands, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide.

You'll join a supportive Private Client Team and play an important role in the administration and compliance of UK trusts.

The Role

The successful candidate will support trustees and senior colleagues, ensuring statutory obligations, HMRC reporting requirements and regulatory standards are met accurately and on time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administration of UK trusts
  • Maintaining trust compliance and regulatory records
  • Monitoring statutory and HMRC deadlines
  • Assisting with HMRC forms, preparation and tax-related processes
  • Supporting trustees and senior colleagues
  • Maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and firm requirements

Who We're Looking For

This role could suit a Private Client Paralegal, Trust Administrator, Legal Executive, Tax Assistant or someone from an accountancy background.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within Private Client, Trusts, Tax, Accountancy or a legal environment
  • A basic understanding of UK trusts and HMRC trust processes
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A commitment to providing outstanding client care
  • An interest in developing your technical knowledge within trusts and estates

You do not need to be a qualified solicitor or accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience who is looking to develop their career further within trusts and private client.
