An established and traditional law firm is looking to strengthen its busy Wills & Probate team and is keen to hear from ambitious Private Client professionals at different stages of their career — from NQ Solicitors through to experienced Solicitors, Fee Earners and Senior Paralegals.

The key thing is that you're keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in Private Client.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced senior Private Client professional who can provide genuine mentoring, technical guidance and hands-on support.

This isn't simply a role where you're expected to get on with it yourself. The firm genuinely wants to invest in the right person and provide the support and mentoring needed to help them progress.

The Role

You'll join an established and busy Private Client team, supporting a growing volume of client work and appointments.

Your work will include:

• Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Powers of Attorney
• Advising clients throughout the process
• Meeting with clients and taking instructions
• Preparing and drafting legal documentation
• Managing and progressing your own caseload, with appropriate support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with experienced members of the team

The existing senior team is busy with a high volume of appointments and client work, so this is a genuine opportunity for someone to come in, make a contribution and develop their own expertise.

Who Are They Looking For?

We're interested in speaking with candidates at different stages of their Private Client career, including:

• NQ Solicitors looking to develop their Private Client experience
• Junior Solicitors looking for stronger training and mentorship
• Experienced Wills & Probate Solicitors
• Private Client Fee Earners
• Senior Paralegals with relevant experience

You'll ideally have some experience or exposure to:

• Wills
• Probate / Estate Administration
• Powers of Attorney
• Private Client work

However, you don't need to know everything already.

What's important is that you have the foundations, the right attitude and the ambition to develop. The firm can provide the support, guidance and expertise around you.

For a junior candidate or NQ, this could be a particularly good opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and confidence with the benefit of genuine one-to-one mentoring from an experienced Private Client professional.

The Firm

There is also some flexibility around remote working for the right candidate, so the firm is open to discussing a working arrangement that works for both sides.
