Wills & Probate Solicitor

I’m working with a well-established and highly regarded legal firm that is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor.

This is a great opportunity to join an established team of experienced lawyers, working closely with the Head of Court of Protection / Private Client on a varied caseload of high-value and complex matters.

What particularly appeals about this opportunity is the chance to work within a supportive, long-standing team while continuing to develop your experience across a broad range of Private Client work.

What they’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience within a Wills & Probate / Private Client team

• Strong knowledge of Probate and estate administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A client-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport with vulnerable clients and families

• The confidence to manage matters with a good degree of autonomy

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines

• Good IT skills, including Word, Outlook and Excel

Experience of contentious Probate would be an advantage, although it isn’t essential.
