The firm is now looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor, experienced Fee Earner, or Senior Paralegal with strong Private Client fee earning experience to join its friendly and supportive team.

The Role

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Advising clients on available exemptions and reliefs
• Supporting families through the probate process with professionalism and compassion

The Private Client team operates differently from many larger, process-driven firms. The focus is on providing a genuinely tailored service, with communication and case progression shaped around each individual client rather than rigid systems and automated processes.

About You

We welcome applications from:

• Qualified Solicitors
• Chartered Legal Executives
• Experienced Private Client Fee Earners
• Senior Paralegals with strong Wills & Probate experience

You will ideally:

• Have experience managing your own Private Client caseload
• Be approachable, empathetic, and passionate about client care
• Enjoy developing long-term client relationships
• Be organised and confident working with autonomy
• Value being part of a close-knit and supportive team
