New Appointment at Clayton Recruitment & Clayton Legal

Despite COVID, Clayton Recruitment are continuing with their 3-year growth strategy with the appointment of Martin Delahoyde who takes up the role of Operation Director for a well-established and specialist recruitment Group

Martin joins the group after spending a lifetime working within the corporate recruitment world, having led teams and businesses at Hays, Reed Global, and more recently managed the growth at Search.

Martin will drive the future growth in both the Legal and Commercial brands as the Clayton Group continue to expand into their niche Legal and Commercial markets and develop their reach across the UK and globally.

Martin says “I am delighted to take on this exciting opportunity with the remit to further grow and develop the brands reach, and further develop the business to offer a truly transformational recruitment service to the Business’ and the individuals that we serve.
