Erin Ross joined Clayton Legal in 2021 as an Apprentice, starting her career in business administration. She quickly developed strong organisational and communication skills, which have been key in her transition to her current role as a Recruitment Consultant.

Now focusing on Family and Private Client roles in the Midlands, Erin also brings experience from a variety of other practice areas. She works closely with both legal professionals and law firms across the region, taking the time to understand their specific needs, whether it’s matching candidates to the right roles or supporting firms with their recruitment strategies. Erin is dedicated to sourcing top talent, managing recruitment projects, and providing guidance to candidates as they take the next step in their careers.
