Erin’s career with Clayton Legal began in 2021, when she joined the business as a Business Administration Apprentice. Since then, she has worked her way up to become a Recruitment Consultant, building her knowledge, confidence and relationships along the way.

Now specialising in Family and Private Client recruitment, Erin works with law firms and legal professionals across the South of England, covering an area stretching from Bristol across to Essex (excluding London and Kent).

Friendly, approachable and always happy to have an honest conversation, Erin takes the time to understand what people are really looking for. Whether she’s helping a candidate explore their next career move or supporting a firm with an important hire, she believes the best results come from listening properly and building genuine relationships.
