Experienced Managing Consultant, Justine began her recruitment career in 1995 and quickly realised she had found the right fit. Passionate about working with people, she genuinely enjoys supporting candidates as they take the next step in their careers whilst helping firms find the right individuals to strengthen their teams.
Having previously recruited across a variety of sectors including commercial, accounts & finance and pharmaceutical sales, Justine has since established herself as one of Clayton Legal’s specialists within the legal sector. Her focus is on the Family and Private Client sectors, supporting firms in recruiting at all levels, from qualified solicitors and partners through to Practice Managers and Legal Cashiers. While Justine works with clients and candidates across the UK, she has a particular focus on the North West market.
Alongside her own market specialism, Justine also manages Clayton Legal’s national Family and Private Client team, supporting consultants across the country and helping to ensure clients and candidates alike receive a consistent, knowledgeable and high-quality recruitment service.
Known for her approachable nature, honesty and years of industry experience, Justine is passionate about delivering a supportive and relationship-led approach to legal recruitment.
