Louise Kearns

Louise joined the Clayton team back in 2021 and brings with her extensive experience in both sales, and learning and development across automotive, media and recruitment sectors. As a qualified business and emotional intelligence coach and NLP practitioner, Louise manages our sales function and business performance through a coaching and development framework, creating a high-performing team and culture of continuous improvement.

Highly skilled in the design, creation and delivery of training solutions and coaching, Louise also manages our dedicated learning and development team – looking at everything from the onboarding of new cohorts, to the continual development, and growth of our existing team.
