As a Police Station Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting senior caseworkers with case management and progression.
• Performing fee-earning tasks as directed to contribute to the firm’s success.
• Conducting legal research and drafting documents as required.
• Following SQM standards and adhering to internal procedures.
• Participating in training initiatives and providing support to new recruits.
• Ensuring compliance with the firm’s Office Manual and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Promoting positive office relations with clients and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a criminal paralegal, along with police station accreditation.
• Candidates who are not yet accredited but working towards it will also be considered.
• A strong ability to manage cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to follow procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
