Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 1 year PQE)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a NQ – 1year PQE Solicitor to join our client’s award winning private client team.

Reporting to the Private Client Director the role involves daily client contact, providing advice to individuals, families, and carers on a broad range of legal and practical matters. Clients include those referred from the Court of Protection team (for matters such as Wills, statutory wills, and estate administration), as well as referrals from other law firms, professional contacts, and direct online enquiries.

Applicants must have experience in private client work, either prior to qualification, as a seat, or as an elective during study. Experience in Court of Protection matters is desirable and will be considered an advantage.

The private client team consists of eight solicitors and two paralegals, supported by three dedicated secretaries. For this position, two in-office days per week are expected, with flexibility based on individual and team needs.
